This program is the next step in dance education for students aged 8 and up. Under the guidance of our renowned leadership team, students refine their dance skills as they experience physical, emotional, intellectual and self-confidence growth.

LADIES
Leotards should be Women’s camisole leotard with adjustable straps or Princess tank leotard, pink or skin tone convertible tights, pink or skin tone ballet slippers
LEVEL 1: Pink ballet leotard.
LEVEL 2 TO 4: White and royal blue leotards.
LEVEL 5 TO PRE-PROFESSIONAL : White, black, and royal blue leotard, pointe shoes, rehearsal tutus, white and black wrap skirts.
Friday: Free day leotard: Any color camisole style leotard.
Skin-tone leotard is required for performances.
Hair: Ladies hair must be secure in a bun all times for ballet class. Dancers are allowed to have different hairstyles such a twists, braids, and cornrows into the ballet bun. If hair is short, please use a headband. No hair accessories!! (Scrunchies, beads, bun covers or bows) For safety, no jewelry beyond stud earrings is allowed.

White ballet shoes (Fitted)
Tampa City Ballet School is committed to ensuring that all our dancers have uniform options that honor their unique selves and enable them to feel confident while dancing. For our dancers that prefer to wear skin tone tights and shoes, many mainstream dancewear brands, offer products that can be purchased in a variety of skin tones.
Students without uniform and hair secured may no be permitted to participate in class. Tampa City Ballet School is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
